Meghana: Your Partner for Holistic Living
Meghana’s own healing after childbirth first led her to yoga as a therapeutic support—not as a teacher, but as a patient seeking relief. What began as personal recovery soon became a deeper calling to share yoga as a complete, traditional path of wellbeing.
At Yoga Parampara, she blends classical, text-based yoga with modern therapeutic understanding. Her sessions are gentle, trauma-sensitive, and breath-centered - integrating movement, breathwork, relaxation, and focused attention to support real-life challenges like stress, pain, anxiety, and burnout. With 2300+ hours of training and 1100+ hours of teaching experience across different ages and health needs, Meghana’s work goes beyond postures.
